Idiocracy

Something I've been avoiding so far is blaming the people who voted for this jackass. They voted for the jackasses that preceded him (Trump, Bush, Bush, and Reagan), and the Congressional and state-level jackasses that enable and amplify him (McConnell, Cruz, Boebert, Greene, DeSantis, Abbott, and too many more to list). They stormed the White House in 2021 to usurp democracy and keep this jackass in power. They watch Fox News, listen to Joe Rogan, and refer to modern Christian nationalist soft rock as country music. They go to church on Sundays and don't think there's anything at all wrong with forcing schools to display the 10 Commandments in classrooms. They're adament to point out that they have black friends, but they have no issue with deporting brown people (who have jobs and pay taxes) to extra-territorial gulags, because they think we're being invaded by foreign gangs intent on raping our white women. They're obsessed with sex, gender, sexuality, pronouns, and the overall identity and preferences of other adult humans while claiming to be freedom-loving libertarians themselves. Some of the people who voted for this jackass are rich, like super rich. Many are not, but they somehow believe that lowering taxes paid by the rich (the super rich) will somehow benefit them. The people who voted for this jackass include nazis, slavers, criminals, traitors, scammers, cheaters, frauds, zealots, idolators, jihadists, authoritarians, censors, conspirators, and sociopaths. What's more, they're all jackasses.

And if you voted for Trump but you don't think you fit in any of these categories? Well, then, you're just stupid.
